The Championship is based on several highlights.


Initially, candidates participate in regional selections that will define a pair (kitchen candidate/service candidate) to represent their region in the national final.


Following this national final, the best pair will go to represent his country in the international final.

 Passing down the values ​​and heritage of Auguste Escoffier is part of the genes of the Disciples Escoffier International association.
